Initially, I went to Dent Pro for an estimate on a small dent in my driver’s side door. The staff was very cordial and professional. My beautiful little 2024 Lexus got attacked by a runaway shopping cart in a supermarket parking lot (please just simply put your shopping carts in a near by corral!). After going around and around with Raley’s Market, I ended up paying out of pocket for my repair (I didn’t want to go through my insurance). Cory was very professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. His team made my nightmare go away. Great job, like it never happened. I was referred to DentPro by a friend whose 1999 Camry looks new! I love my 2008 Highlander, but the door chips, scrapes on side and oxidized headlights needed help. I called Cory at DentPro over the weekend and he responded to my call quickly, we met at his shop on Monday to see what could be done. Cory is very professional, he explained the process and was patient with my questions without any pressure. I felt the price to have my car look new again was reasonable too! I highly recommend DentPro for their professionalism, great customer service, and quality results! My car had taken some significant dent/scratch damage on the roof and side of my car after driving through a drive-thru overhang with a bike rack and bike on top. The 7 dents ranged from 2" to 4" deep. The owner, Cory, is very personable and was gracious enough to patiently and thoroughly explain all of my options for fixing the dents and how each dent fixing process worked. I chose the more affordable option for me and was so happy with the results! Cory fixed up my car beautifully and efficiently, only taking one day to fix everything. My car is fully restored the way I wanted and I could not be happier.
